30-Day Return Window

You may return any item within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at business@casavibeo.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
  2. We'll send you a return authorization and prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the return label.
  4. Drop off the package at your nearest carrier location.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund to your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately — no need to return the damaged item in most cases.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. We'll process your refund as soon as the original item is received.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping is free for all orders within the United States. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
